Build a plan & timeline.
Grant applications and reporting are based on strict timelines. We will work with you and your team, to ensure all deadlines are reached. We will build a plan that clearly outlines goals, individual roles, educational needs, and materials that will be helpful to your team.

Research & information gathering.
Depending on the services that you require— we may decide that we need more information and/or feedback from your staff and clients. During this phase we would conduct a series of internal interviews and surveys to learn more.

Implementation.
It’s time to put our plan into action. Depending on the services you need, we can work individually to submit applications and reports or we can work closely with your team— educating and supporting them throughout the process.

Debrief.
At this point, we have met our deadlines and we have gotten the results. We will now debrief as a team to decide on action plans for the future. Are there more areas of growth needed? What were the growing pains in this process? Our goal at Good Willed Consulting is self-sufficiency— have we achieved this?
