Grant Writing

Manage the grant application process from concept to development to submission. Our focus is on story telling, budget accuracy, and realistic goal setting. We help identify grants your organization is eligible for and work with your team throughout the entire process. Educating your team for future applications is a top priority.
Grant Compliance

Monitor the accuracy of grants post-award. We help track program deliverables, reporting deadlines, eligible expenses, grant and organization budgets, federal compliance, and prep for grant renewals/future applications. This may mean reworking internal systems for efficiency and training for program employees.
Program Development

Revise internal processes for current and new community programs; making them more efficient, community centered, and mission driven. We will help your team identify program shortcomings, build a plan for program strengthening, and any implementation or follow up that is needed.
Grant Reviewing

This option is great for organizations that already have a team of development professionals. We will grade a completed grant application and provide in-depth feedback for a more successful grant application. This involves analysis of the grant budget, project deliverables, spell checking/narrative tone, and any application attachments.
